Cahaba Center for Mental Health provides Adult In-Home Intervention services to the residents with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) of Dallas and Perry Counties. The team functions as a two (2) person multi-disciplinary team to provide treatment. The teams clinical interventions are designed to help maintain support, stability and independent functioning, thus allowing the person to remain in the least restrictive environment, and to engage him/her into regular programs. Services are provided to resolve an immediate crisis situation, stabilize the family unit and/or prevent out of home placement. Services are highly individualized and time limited based upon individual need.

  • Medication Monitoring and Medication Administration
  • Mental Health Consultation
  • In-Home support
