Director's Welcome

We are here to serve persons who are experiencing a mental illness or persons who have a developmental disability. Our main center is located in Dallas County, and we also have satellite offices in both Perry and Wilcox Counties. Our mission is to be responsive to the mental health needs of our community in a manner that respects individual dignity, promotes recovery, and enhances personal, family, and provider relationships. We are continually striving to improve the quality and outcomes of the services we are providing and welcome feedback from our community and the individuals and families we serve.

Our Mission

The Mission of Cahaba Center for Mental Health  is to provide quality mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance abuse services within the limits of available resources to the residents of Dallas, Perry, and Wilcox Counties.

Services are provided in a manner that respects individual dignity, promotes recovery, and enhances personal, family, and provider relationships.
