Director's Welcome

We are here to serve persons who are experiencing a mental illness or persons who have a developmental disability. Our main center is located in Dallas County, and we also have satellite offices in both Perry and Wilcox Counties. Our mission is to be responsive to the mental health needs of our community in a manner that respects individual dignity, promotes recovery, and enhances personal, family, and provider relationships. We are continually striving to improve the quality and outcomes of the services we are providing and welcome feedback from our community and the individuals and families we serve.

This website has been designed to provide you with information about our services, link you to other available resources, inform you of employment opportunities within our agency, and to post information for our employees. We hope you find it easy to use and helpful.

Cahaba Center for Mental Health has served our community since 1973.

Thank you for visiting our website and for your support of persons in our community who are experiencing mental illness or a developmental disability. To obtain specific information or assistance, our main number is (334) 875-2100.
